THE BOARD OF FACILITATORS
DRPNT is an organization, therefore we are supported by our Board of Facilitators instead of a CEO or President. This group guides and structures the organization with benevolence, equity, and resolve. Everyone in the organization operates off a hierarchy of voluntary levels of commitment instead of ranks.
MANAGERS AND COUNSELORS
In the same way we don't have a CEO, we don't have "bosses" of any sort.
Managers are tasked with organizing focused missions and carrying out day to day house keeping.
Counselors make themselves available as focus experts, They are your go-to for questions and locating guide resources.
LEVELS OF COMMITMENT
NO RANKS, JUST REP
We keep our ORG hierarchy pretty simple. No confusing ranks, or hoops to jump through. There are only three levels based on the amount of dedication you want to involve yourself with.
Think of your level as more of an "availability status", rather than a "status symbol". The more dedication you sign up for, the more you'll be asked to step up... and if it gets to be too much, you can kick it down a notch or two and take a break. Start by joining our Discord server and messaging an Organizer.

Welcome, have a seat. Congrats, you have been accepted into the ORG. Now you just got to decide, is it your ORG or not? It's easy to find out, just hop into a voice channel and politely ask to join in on whatever is happening.

ACTIVE: ☆
You signup for missions and show up when you have time to contribute. You share in the prosperity of being an ORG member.

DEDICATED: ★★
You are here for the long haul, you want to be pinged when duty calls. You want to help others get their space legs.

DIVISION FOCUSES
Divisions are our way of allowing you to tag yourself with a list of preferred occupation loops when you become an active member of the ORG. You are never locked into a single focus unless you choose to be.
DIV FOCUS OPERATIONS
Operations generalizes organizng all focuses to deliver creative strategic directives through research and planning. They process information and deliver guidance in the heat of a moment.
